Situated on “The Bluff” just a few minutes drive from Inverloch, Eyrie by the Inlet is an tranquil beachside country retreat comprising the main house and two villas, all set on four acres, close to Inverloch’s beaches and attractions. It is the perfect place to base your training, away from the hustle and bustle of a busy coastal town, in a quality peaceful environment.
Eyrie by the Inlet Lodge boasts panoramic views of Anderson Inlet and surrounding rural countryside. The eleven bedroom, six bathroom group lodge with tennis court is private and ideal for groups and teams to get together and train in a spectacular environment. The glorious sunsets and sunrises and the forever-changing views of Anderson Inlet will take your breath away after a days training.
There are two villas on site, both are a modern design, with two main bedrooms, each with their own ensuite. A shared spa bath can be accessed from each ensuite. The spabath, BBQ on the deck and tennis court for your energetic moments will ensure your stay here is perfectly relaxing. The villas are the perfect place for the trainer of the group or the leadership team to base themselves.
The meaning of the word “Eyrie” is “eagles nest”, our location is host to many large wedge tailed eagles that hover over the cliff beside us searching for prey. Watching them hover and circle in pairs using the updrafts of the cliff face is a spectacular sight.
Our stand alone villas are named Aquila and Iolana. Aquila is Latin for “eagle” and Iolana is “soar like an eagle” in Polynesian.
